Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Seamless Solutions, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.


Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect – Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Wrong / Damaged / Used Product – Report immediately with an unboxing video that shows the sealed package.

  • Change of Mind / Wrong Order – Only accepted within 24 hours if the product is unused and sealed.

  • Offer or Discounted Items – Not eligible for return or replacement. Please check before paying.

Important Notes:

  • Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Products with broken seals, scratches, or dirt caused by the customer are not eligible.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Products must be securely packed for return. Damaged returns will not be accepted.

  • In certain cases, customers within Dhaka may be asked to visit our office for faster support.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • We are unable to provide a replacement.

  • You cancel the order before dispatch.

  • The product is out of stock and you request a refund.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Card payments: Refund via bank in 7–10 working days.

  • bKash/Rocket: Refunded to the same number.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Pre-orders/advance payments are non-refundable.


Warranty Policy

We offer limited warranty support in the following ways:

  • Brand Warranty – Based on the brand’s policy and timeline (usually 10–15 working days).

  • Seamless Warranty – Only for manufacturing defects reported within 3 days. One-time replacement only.

Additional Info:

  • Warranty details are mentioned on the product page. If not listed, no warranty applies.

  • Fixes/replacements under warranty may take 3–4 weeks.

  • Warranty claims may not be accepted if the brand/distributor discontinues support.


Shipping & Return Handling

  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

  • Replacements, if approved, will be shipped free within Dhaka.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.


How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

Please send us the following:

  • Order ID, Email, or Phone Number

  • Clear photos or unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
